We were able... read more to complete the trekking from Saturday to the following Sunday when we took an helicopter to fly back to Kathmandu. Dhurba our guide was amazing, he explained a lot of things about Nepal and Everest region, together with our porter helped us to arrive at Everest base camp. Always checking out physical parameters, suggesting to drink water and right food and have the right acclimatization. The tea house were of course basic but the best for the trek. Amazing experience and perfect organization, with safety as first priority

  We were 4 friends hiking to the base camp for 7 days (only 5 days of serious hiking ) First day and 2nd days were not interesting (lot of... read more stairs climbing), however the day arriving to ABC and the day leaving ABC were absolutely fantastic going up gradually on a nice trail surrounded by high snowy peaks. Definitely worth it!!
It is my 2nd trek with Nepal hiking team and i can say that the organization the guides and porters are great. Thanks to our guide Harry, our porters Robin and Krishna, always trying to help and make sure we are happy.
The equipment provided by Nepal Hiking team ( sleeping bags and down jackets were in excellent condition and very warm)
Be ready for cold weather in the guest houses as rooms and dining rooms are not heated.

Dhurba my guide was a great companion during the trek as he was sharing stories and explaining me stuff i was interested in , he also recommended me the foods and the drinks i should try.
Plus the hotel i was staying in on my arrival day and departure day was great, as it was nice to relax before and after the trek. All together everyone was super friendly and helpful , so it really was very easy for me cause everything went super smooth . I have absolutely nothing to complain about and i recommend this activity to everyone who wants to enjoy the nature, explore the Nepali culture and just have a good workout .
