Both our guide Puru and our porter Saban were outstanding! Puru has a young son of his own and was able to immediately bond with our son. That bond was instrumental and really allowed us to make the most of the trek (even during typical challenging three year old situations!). And he will happily do whatever he can to make your journey better, and he also likes playing card games! Porters we got was excellent and did more than we could expect them to do. Hotels in Kathmandu and guesthouses along the trek were also above expectations, meals great too - but try to stick to the local food options, as western options might disappoint you. All meals and tea/coffee included during the trek. If you look at all the inclusions, quality of staff and guesthouses, I don't think any other hiking/travelling company can match Nepal Hiking Team. We did EBC + chola pass + gokyo package. Highly recommended!

  Its been a dream for me to trek in the solukhumbu region for years.the trek begins with a fligh to lukla from ram e chap airport situated about 150 km... read more from katmandu.its 15 mon flight to lukla and then the trek statrted.Reached namche bazar after a hectic 18.5 km ups and down.stayed two nights for acclimatization and went for a acclimatization hike to hotel everest view.
At day 3 we reached at pangboche for a walk of around 6 hours from namche bazar.u can have a look at amadablam base camp from pangboche.its tiresome yet a lovely place to be in.
After a walk about 5 hours we set our sail to dingboche for two nights to get acclimatized.the next day we sumited the nag arjuna peak at 5010 meter and came to our base at dingboche.
Day6 started with a mesmerizing view of amadablam all the way to Tukla,from tukla to lobuche its a human gus task to ascend,it takes nearly 1.30 hr for us to go up to the height of lobuche.Here we found lots of memory stone and epitaph constructed by the near and dear ones of many climbers who lost their lives during theie attempt to reach various destinations.lobuche is the place where we first started to get the vibe of Everest a little.
We continue our journey to gorakshep on day 7 and then went on for our dream destination Everest basecamp.The day was sunny as ever u can get.soon we begin to sense the everest it become dark and all on a sudden blizzard started.we were in EBC nearly blind folded.we had to come back sooner than we wanted due to the harsh weather.With having seen all the adverse nature eventually we came back to our base gorakshep and at night the sky was so clear and it was full moon too,so i tried my luck with the go pro long exposure and got some mesmerising photograph.

Our give Arjun was the best guide I have ever met, he shared lots of information of the trek, the culture, other experiences. During the trip, he took care of every aspect that arose: medical care, correctly adapt to altitude, he made sure that we were comfortable during the whole trip. He was not just a guide, he was a friend.

On the trek itself, it would be better to do the Annapurna Base Camp and Poon Hill from October onwards as we went mid-September and the rainy weather conditions were still monsoon like. If we go back to do another trek in Nepal, will definitely use this agency again.
