Our give Arjun was the best guide I have ever met, he shared lots of information of the trek, the culture, other experiences. During the trip, he took care of every aspect that arose: medical care, correctly adapt to altitude, he made sure that we were comfortable during the whole trip. He was not just a guide, he was a friend.

Overall, this has ended up being the best trip I have ever had and it is largely because of Nepal Hiking Team and Arjun and Ganga. Thanks!

I am extremely thankful with... read more the services of the Organizer Ganga, guide Pawan, assistant Guide Shree Krishna, porters Ramcharan, Santosh and Krishna. Their services were beyond my imagination. They were all giving us the personal assistance whenever it was needed. In fact, all of them were ready to assist us even before we could ask them for the help. They were perfectly judgmental in identifying our needs and coming forward to assist us.

Also, I had high altitude sickness on the 5ht day of trekking and had to return back to Kathmandu. During that time my guide Pawan and organizer Ganga took personal interest and evacuated me to Kathmandu through the helicopter. Both of them saved my life. I will be obliged with both of them for the whole life.

At last, I am extremely thankful to the whole team for the extra ordinary services given to us.

They helped us every step of the way constantly offering us help, guidance and assistance. Pawan, Shree Krishna and Ramcharan were all very experienced and knowledgeable about the Everest Base Camp trek always giving us a lot of background and related information at every turn. Sincerely volunteering help all the time is a rarity and we found it to be abundant with this guiding team. They assisted us every day of this trek in so very many ways and for that I am truly thankful to each of them. Pawan was great as the guide personally making sure each of us is comfortable all the time.
Ganga, the CEO of Nepal Hiking Team took great care in planning and organizing this trek in every detail and that is what made this trek a very memorable experience for us. He even handled some unexpected situations really well and very quickly - assisted by our guide Pawan. Shree Krishna is certified to be a full guide and is ready to take that responsibility. He has very good organizing and communication skills necessary for a guide. And Ramcharan is ready to take on the role of an assistant guide. I strongly recommend and urge Ganga to consider promoting each of them into their new roles soon.

My guide, Prakash ji, was superb. Knowedgeable and very patient with me (I'm a very slow hiker). My guide, Ngima ji, was equally fantastic and kind. The owner, Ganga ji, is professional and kind to the max.

For those who value social justice, it is worth noting that both the owner and my guide started out as porters. There are not too many countries where a (presumably economically poor) porter could one day start and own his own international standard company.

One last note of caution: I did the EBC "50+" trek. It is both fantastically beautiful and super tough. The "50+" trek itself is 16 days, but this is the same duration recommended (including for altitutude acclimitazation reasons) by Lonely Planet Guide for Nepal - which is defnitely oriented to a younger crowd. This is not a trek that you want to rush...
